No, Lacewing Blue is not missing anything.

Lacewing Blue is a recreation of all Lacewing Relay's functionality, so anything in help file not under Lacewing Blue actions, conditions, expressions, properties, can be viewed under the Relay Extension Set section of this help file.

It's not because Relay is better; it's just so there's no doubling up of similar actions, conditions, expressions, properties etc.

There's plenty of modifications and improvements done to Blue, but if the actions/conditions/expressions/properties work with the same parameters and return the same value, then the Relay Set topic will have notes about the difference appended to it, rather than a separate page being made.

All the Blue-only actions, conditions, expressions and properties are documented under the Lacewing Blue Extension Set section of this help file. The a/c/e/p that are in both Relay and Blue are documented under Relay Extension Set.

(The alternative to this was duplicating all the contents and doubling the size of the help file, doubling the search results, twice the opportunity for typos, etc.)
