This action requests the public channel listing from the server.

Once the server has sent back the list, the Channel listing > On list received event is run.


The channel listing is usually unsorted, and ends up in order of first to last created public channel. Servers are free to sort them if they please, but they usually don't.


Default server behavior will have channel listing enabled, but a server may disable it.

If the server has it disabled, when the "disabled" response is sent back, Blue Client will generate an error. Relay Client will not show any indicator that it received a reply.
